Return Policy

Due to sanitary and safety reasons, inside-the-waistband (IWB) concealment products are non-returnable once opened or worn. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Outside-the-waistband (OWB) holsters may be returned if they are brand new, unused, and in original packaging.

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
   
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Order & Warranty Policy

Please double-check your selections before placing your order.

• Custom & Modified Orders: No returns are accepted for holsters that have been modified or made to special request.
   
• Warranty: If your holster breaks, we’ve got you covered. Simply provide a photo of the damaged part along with your shipping address, and we will take care of the replacement.
