No returns are accepted for inside-the-waistband concealment products due to sanitary concerns. However, duty or OWB holsters and mag carriers can be returned if they are in brand-new, unused, and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be the cost of the holster. Please double-check your selections before placing your order. No returns are accepted for modified or special-requested holsters. If your holster breaks, we will replace it. All we need is a photo of the damaged part, your shipping address, and we’ll handle the rest.
